1. Q: What sort of matches do you cover?
A: Apparently, we do cover a wide range of matches. These include English Premier League, Italian Serie A, Spanish La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Cup, World Cup 2006 Qualifiers, as well as International Friendly Matches.
2. Q: What kind of packages do you offer and how do you charge it?
A: We offer you 3-STARs package which is charging only RM199/ SGD90/ USD55 for 1 tip, and 5-STARs package which cost you RM599/ SGD265/ SGD160 for 1 tip.
3. Q: What are the main differences between 3 and 5 star packages?
A: Obviously there are differences between 2 of the packages. The major dissimilar is that we collect tips from our group analysts for 3-STARs package; whereas for 5-STARs package, tips are provided by an expert tipster from British.
4. Q: How do we place an order?
A: Placing an order is just a piece of cake. You do not have to worry about filling up the form as there will be a step-by-step instruction that instruct you to place an order. As long as you follow the steps, there should not be any problem. As for reminder, kindly go through with the terms and condition for any legal purposes.
5. Q: How do I confirm that I have successfully subscribed for any of the packages?
A: After placing an order, you will receive a notification form, clearly states that you have successfully filled up the form.
6. Q: Is the payment refundable?
A: Payment made is strictly non-refundable.
7. Q: When will you send out the tips?
A: After we received the payment, you will receive your tips an hour right before the match begin.
8. Q: Will there be any compensation if the provided tip is a draw or loss?
A: Yes, compensation will be provided. One extra tip will be returned as a credit.
9. Q: How do I receive tips?
A: We will send tips via SMS and Email.
10. Q: Is your SMS receivable in each and every single country?
A: No, we will provide SMS service only for customers staying in Malaysia and Singapore. Customers out of these two countries will only receive e-mail as source of information.
11. Q: What are the payment methods that you provide?
A: We offer 2 methods for you to make payments. Method could be in terms of local bank in, money transfer & credit card via MoneyBookers.com.
12. Q: If the money has been transferred yet I still haven not received my tips, will I get my refund?
A: No, if you still have not receive our tips within the given time period, you must let us know immediately to reconfirm your e-mail address and mobile phone number.

A: We do not provide betting or gambling on this site. We are not a bookie.
15. Q: What if I miss your tips?
A: It is your own responsibility to make sure that you know when we are going to publish the tips!

17. Q: What is Old ID?
A: Once you had placed an order, you will receive an ID number (1) immediately. Assuming if you wanted to order our package the second time, you are required to key in your previous ID number (1); you will then receive your second ID number (2). And when it is the third time you place an order, again, you will need to key in your previous ID number which is ID number (2), and then you will get your third ID number (3). Once you have ordered 3 times irrespectively, you will receive a free voucher which is a 20% off once for an order.
